Privacy Policy

Game Aim Converter is a sensitivity converter for iOS and Android, built by Yaroslav Petrichka (“I”, “we”). This policy explains what information the app and this website (aimconverter.app) collect, why, where it is stored and how you can delete it.

In short:

• You can use the converter without an account. Your settings and calibration results stay on your device.
• If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address and store them in Google Firebase.
• Your name is shown next to configs and comments you publish. Your email is never shown to other players.
• We don’t sell your data or share it with advertisers.
• You can delete your account and everything linked to it at any time.

Account information (only if you sign in). When you sign in with Google, Google shares with us your name, your email address and a unique account identifier. We never see or store your Google password.

Content you publish. Community Configs you share, comments you post and likes you give, together with the time they were created.

Data that stays on your device. Your selected games, sensitivity values, favourites and Calibrate test results are stored locally on your phone and are not sent to us.

Purchases. Premium subscriptions are processed by the App Store or Google Play. We receive only whether your subscription is active — never your card or payment details.

Notifications. If you allow notifications, your device receives a push token so we can tell you about game data updates and likes on your configs. You can turn notifications off in your device settings at any time.

Diagnostics. If the app crashes or hits an error, it may send a diagnostic report (Log Data) through a third-party service. It can include your device model, operating system version, app version and configuration, the time of the error and your device’s IP address. We use it only to find and fix bugs.

• To create and maintain your account and keep you signed in across devices.
• To show your name as the author of configs and comments you publish.
• To notify you when your shared configs receive likes.
• To unlock Premium features you have paid for.
• To reply to your support requests.
• To find and fix crashes and improve the app.

We don’t use your information for advertising, and we don’t sell it to anyone.

Community features are public inside the app. When you share a config or post a comment, other players can see:

• your name from your Google account, shown next to your configs and comments;
• the content itself and when it was posted;
• the number of likes it received.

Your email address is never shown to other players. If you don’t want your name to appear, don’t publish configs or comments — everything else in the app works without it.

Account information and published content are stored in Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication and Firebase databases), a service operated by Google LLC. Google may process this data on servers outside your country, including in the United States, and protects it in transit and at rest with encryption.

Data stored only on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.

We share information only with the service providers the app needs to work, and only for that purpose:

• Google — Google Sign-In and Firebase (account, database, notifications, diagnostics);
• Apple and Google Play — processing Premium purchases.

These providers are obligated not to use your information for any other purpose. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Google user data. Game Aim Converter’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can delete your account at any time:

• In the app: open your profile and tap Delete account.
• By email: write to dreamcodestudio@yandex.com from the address you signed in with.

Deleting your account permanently removes your name, email address, the configs and comments you published, and your likes. Deletion is completed within 30 days. Diagnostic reports are kept for no longer than 90 days.

Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription — cancel it in the App Store or Google Play settings (see How do I cancel my subscription?).

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, receive a copy of it, or ask us to delete it. To make a request, email dreamcodestudio@yandex.com — we reply within 30 days.

We rely on Google Firebase’s security and access rules to protect your information and limit who can read it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security, but we will notify you if a breach affects your data.

aimconverter.app doesn’t use cookies, analytics or tracking, and doesn’t collect personal information. Links to the App Store, Google Play and other sites lead to services with their own privacy policies, which we don’t control.

Game Aim Converter is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. In some countries you must be at least 16 to consent to the processing of your data; below that age, a parent or guardian must consent on your behalf. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with its date at the top. If a change significantly affects how we use your information, we will let you know in the app.
